Job Title: Product Review Engineer

Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a Product Review Engineer with a strong background in engineering judgment, production support, and hands-on problem solving. This Product Review Engineer opportunity offers the chance to work closely with production teams, help resolve non-conformances, and contribute to safe, effective product and process outcomes in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop dispositions.
• Apply engineering principles to research technical, operational, and quality issues and support final engineering solutions.
• Identify, document, and communicate deviations that may affect design intent and safety while helping manage resolution.
• Support integrated product teams, participate in design reviews, and contribute to product and process improvements.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited program.
• 20 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
• Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
