Job Title: Logistics Analyst

Location: Houston, Texas (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team’s logistics strategy by facilitating and expediting the movement of materials and equipment for major projects, field engineering, operations, and maintenance. Our team relies on this critical role to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and efficient coordination throughout the transportation process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of transportation and expediting services for capital projects, field engineering, and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage shipping paperwork while maintaining compliance with TSA, DOT, and Customs regulations.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, select transportation suppliers, and maintain service quality throughout the shipping process.
• Manage communication among logistics vendors, project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  
  

Required

• Eligibility to permanently work in the United States and possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics or similar environments.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues effectively.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership of job tasks and project requirements.
