Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking.
- Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments with a high level of poise and attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience that reflects a culture of excellence.
Required
- 3 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
