Job Title: HRIS Systems Administrator

Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement of human resources systems. Our team values strategic partnership, technical expertise, and proactive support to drive HR system enhancements that benefit the entire organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and configure human resources systems, with a focus on streamlining processes and workflow improvements.
• Provide day-to-day technical support, training, and guidance to end users and internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR groups and IT teams to support HR initiatives and ensure seamless system integration, functionality, and security.
• Monitor system enhancements, conduct audits, review release notes, and recommend new tools or emerging technologies for HR systems.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in HRIS or HCM roles.
• Experience with Oracle HRMS (EBS preferred) and HR systems implementation highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, with proven success supporting end users and managing multiple priorities.
