Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to join our team in developing a Visual Merchandising Fixture Density Guide designed to support current and future prototype retail stores. Our team values innovative thinkers who bring a strong combination of design skills, retail insight, and collaborative energy to help enhance store presentation and operational clarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a visual and virtual merchandising catalog outlining fixture density standards and best practices.
• Translate merchandising and operational concepts into clear, compelling graphics and layouts for retail environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design elements support the overall prototype vision for retail spaces.
• Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines and ensure all visuals are professional and retail-focused.
  
  

Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in graphic design, specifically within visual merchandising or similar retail-focused roles.
• Strong ability to communicate design concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated aptitude for balancing creativity with clarity and functionality in design deliverables.
