Job Summary: Our team is in search of a dynamic Google Ads Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments. We focus on optimizing digital advertising strategies to drive growth and innovation, making impactful contributions to the company's success through expert advertising management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube, to generate leads and pipeline growth.
• Identify trends utilizing tools like platform data, Salesforce, and Tableau to optimize ad spend and performance insights.
• Implement and refine campaigns through strategies like keyword research, bid strategies, ad copy optimization, and A/B testing.
• Assist in overseeing campaign budgets and performance across all paid search channels while keeping up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads updates.
  
  

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads and other paid search accounts such as Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Proficient in Google Ads platform and Google Ads Editor, with robust analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and Google Analytics GA4 for insights analysis.
• Expertise in landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for conversion improvements.
