Job Title: Global Product Quality Specialist

Location: Princeton, New Jersey (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help support global quality operations, focusing on supplier quality, audits, and regulatory compliance. Our team values strong organizational skills and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure adherence to industry standards and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the supplier quality team lead through participating in inspections, audit programs, and international conference calls.
• Coordinate and oversee the planning and scheduling of internal and external audits, including monitoring auditor adherence and completion.
• Maintain and update audit plans, TrackWise Vendor Management system, and the Approved Supplier List, while managing the vendor management process and related documentation.
• Compile and report key performance indicators, audit metrics, and compliance status for internal and external audits and GMP outsourced activities.
  
  

Required

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4 to 7 years of experience working within quality functions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting audits.
• Experience supporting or participating in quality management systems and supplier quality processes.
