Job Title: Junior Business Systems Analyst
Location: Baltimore, Maryland (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the analysis and design of information systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business requirements. Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Support the design and development of system specifications and prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, contribute to the development and execution of test plans, and provide end-user support and training materials.
Required:
- Experience with technical Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle database, and GoldenGate administration and support for operational database reliability.
- Background in building, documenting, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle databases and GoldenGate, including performance analysis and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with Unix-type operating systems and shell scripting, as well as strong SQL query writing, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to proactively collaborate and support system quality and functionality.
