Job Title: Junior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Baltimore, Maryland (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the analysis and design of information systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business requirements. Our team values individuals who can contribute to improving operational effectiveness through documentation, collaboration, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Support the design and development of system specifications and prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, contribute to the development and execution of test plans, and provide end-user support and training materials.
  
  

Required:

• Experience with technical Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle database, and GoldenGate administration and support for operational database reliability.
• Background in building, documenting, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle databases and GoldenGate, including performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with Unix-type operating systems and shell scripting, as well as strong SQL query writing, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to proactively collaborate and support system quality and functionality.
