Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Designer to help bring brands to life through innovative hardlines consumer products. This role will focus on translating popular IP into compelling merchandise, toys, and interactive experiences that drive long-term brand growth and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and creative development of hardlines consumer products from concept through production
- Translate brand/IP into market-ready products across categories including toys, collectibles, and electronics
- Identify and drive product trends, category strategies, and innovation opportunities
- Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring quality, timing, and global market alignment
- Partner with cross-functional teams, licensees, and retail partners to deliver impactful merchandising strategies
- Ensure product differentiation and strong brand storytelling at retail
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in hardlines consumer product design and development
- Strong background designing across multiple categories, with emphasis on toys and consumer electronics
- Proven success in trend analysis and bringing innovative products to market
- Experience developing both kids and adult collectibles, including pre-school toy lines
- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial execution
