Job Title: In-House Reporter

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Reporter to join our dynamic team in Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in shaping and disseminating compelling narratives that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning content with our strategic priorities and enhancing our global brand presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Discover and craft engaging stories for both internal and external audiences, aligning with our priorities and global content strategy.
• Travel throughout Massachusetts to capture stories firsthand using various media formats, including writing, video, and audio.
• Produce and edit high-quality content that meets global brand standards.
• Develop content to enhance the visibility and thought leadership of senior leadership.
• Collaborate with communications and brand teams to ensure local stories align with global messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to support content initiatives.

Skills Required:

• 5 years of experience in journalism, corporate communications, or content creation.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proficient in filming and basic video editing for digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and content trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
