Responsibilities
- Work directly with end users to capture requirements, document user stories, and support new enhancement requests as well as bug resolutions.
- Collaborate with agile teams, support staff, project managers, and portfolio managers to coordinate change management and clarify deliverables.
- Configure and support applications such as Clarizen and contribute to broader process improvement projects as needed.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and engage with support teams for efficient issue resolution and ongoing team communication.
- Proficiency in managing backlogs and writing user stories using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working on agile or SAFe agile teams within a project management or business analysis capacity.
- Clear, effective communication skills and a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Openness to conversion to full-time employment if needed by the company, as this position may transition from contract to permanent.
