Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI to join our client s Workforce Technology team. This team supports key internal business functions including HR, Legal, Audit, Corporate Responsibility, and Finance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI tools and a passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes, automation, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale effective prompts using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and workflows
- Build and support AI agents or automation tools to streamline operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine process-intensive workflows
- Apply AI for process improvement, efficiency, and productivity enhancements
- Follow SOLID engineering principles and best practices
- Ensure quality engineering and security testing standards are met
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in AI Prompt Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience in AI-assisted productivity and automation
- Understanding of quality engineering practices
- Knowledge of security testing practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python
