Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role that drives marketing operations excellence. Our team thrives on innovation and collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies that align with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and accountability.
• Collaborate with shared services teams to optimize planning tools and systems.
• Establish and maintain operating rhythms, including key milestones and communication cadences.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, identifying risks and opportunities across the brand portfolio.
  
  

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of seasonal marketing workflows and operating models.
• Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, or Tableau.
