We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support operations, controls, and analytics for a major rewards program launch. This role focuses on monitoring, issue triage, remediation, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operations, analyze trends, and identify issues
- Perform root cause analysis across data, process, and systems
- Support remediation, validation, and follow-through
- Document processes, SOPs, and controls
- Deliver insights and reporting to drive improvements
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in production/operations support or post-launch environments
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Process documentation (SOPs, workflows)
- Understanding of controls, audit readiness, and issue tracking
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Nice to Have
- Financial services or banking experience
- SQL / Toad experience
- Exposure to monitoring tools, dashboards, or QA/remediation workflows
