POSITION TITLE: Mainframe Software Engineer Sr
POSITION LOCATION: 5 days onsite – onsite interview
- Pittsburgh, PA 15222 (most preferred)
- Strongsville, OH 44136 or Birmingham, AL 35233 (second preferred)
- Farmers Branch, TX 75234
- Phoenix, AZ 85016
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developer/engineer: will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of COBOL-based applications on our mainframe applications.
- There will be some after-hours on-call support as experience is obtained.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Operating systems: IBM z/OS, AIX, Windows
- Mainframe: COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, Easytrieve, Endevor, CA7, Control M, BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline
- Relational databases: DB2
FLEX SKILLS:
- Experience with Fiserv’s PEP ACH system
- API development experience, including but not limited to using Z/OS Connect
- Linux (Red Hat), Oracle
