What are the responsibilities and job description for the Windows Engineer/SCCM/VMWare position at TEK Connexion?
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure.
- Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Extensive experience with SCCM and GPO configurations and deployments
- Experience with Data backups and recovery methods and tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system in a global enterprise (eg. Servicenow, Jira).
- Virtual desktop deployments
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- US Citizenship required.
Preferred Technical requirements:
- Microsoft Azure virtual machine deployments
- Manufacturing systems experience
- PowerShell scripting
- IT Automation platforms
Your daily work:
- To monitor and action customer requests as well as automated alerts in the ITSM system
- To create reports to aid in the analysis of production activities
- Job shadow more experienced analysts during day-to-day activities
- Join and contribute to team building exercises and knowledge sharing
- Prioritize on the critical issues when they come up
- Support site support services including but not limited
