Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI to join our client s Workforce Technology team. This team supports key internal business functions including HR, Legal, Audit, Corporate Responsibility, and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI tools and a passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes, automation, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale effective prompts using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and workflows
• Build and support AI agents or automation tools to streamline operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine process-intensive workflows
• Apply AI for process improvement, efficiency, and productivity enhancements
• Follow SOLID engineering principles and best practices
• Ensure quality engineering and security testing standards are met
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in AI Prompt Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience in AI-assisted productivity and automation
• Understanding of quality engineering practices
• Knowledge of security testing practices
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python
