Position: IT Business Systems Analyst
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California-Hybrid
Duration: Full Time

Skills:
- 5 years as a technical systems or business analyst, with demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle — from inception through delivery
- Proven ability to manage 10 complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment (Agile experience strongly preferred)
- Expert-level skill in gathering, documenting, and translating Business, Functional, Stakeholder, and Non-Functional requirements for internal system solutions
- Comfortable leading discovery sessions where business units are still defining their own needs — and skilled at bringing structure to ambiguity
- Strong command of traceability matrices, test case development, and QA/UAT collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, MS Project, and Visio
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field; IIBA or CBAP certification a plus
- Valid California Driver's License required
