Experienced Personal Injury Defense Attorney – Sacramento, CA (HYBRID)
Our client is a is an “AV” rated Professional Law Firm who are seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join their 50-person team at their headquarters in Sacramento, CA on a Hybrid Schedule (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
The firm has been around for a quarter century specializing in construction defect, mold, environmental, product liability, premises liability and other complex general liability matter for insurance companies.
Compensation & Structure
- Base Salary: $130,000-$180,000
- Monthly Bonus Plan: Paid on the 15th of every month with most attorneys seeing significant monthly bonuses which the firm will discuss with candidates in the interview.
- Healthcare: Five Different Medical Plans to choose from with one plan covering 100% of the individual. Dental plans available too.
- 401K: 6% Match
- PTO: Vacation and Sick Day Bank (start with 7 Sick Days and 2 Weeks’ Vacation, goes to 3 weeks after 5 years)
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of Insurance Defense or Personal experience
- California License
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
