Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location: On-site in Sacramento, California. This is an in-office role with no remote or hybrid option.

Note: Must be a licensed California attorney with litigation experience. Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is preferred.

Job Description

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters from case development through resolution
• Manage discovery, drafting, motion practice, and court appearances
• Take and defend depositions
• Assist with trial preparation and work closely on more complex litigation matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court
• Help evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy
• Maintain an active caseload while delivering high-quality legal work
• Collaborate with a team that values mentorship, preparation, and strong client advocacy

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required
• Active California Bar license in good standing required
• Litigation experience required
• Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and a litigation caseload effectively
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a mentoring environment
