Key Responsibilities
- Explore and implement AI tools to streamline legal workflows and enhance client service
- Review and manage assigned litigation and medical claims
- Collaborate with attorneys to identify key documents, develop case strategies, and create discovery plans
- Organize and manage case files, evidence, and discovery materials
- Review medical records and billing documents to support claim analysis
- Draft and file discovery documents, pleadings, and other legal materials
- Communicate with physicians, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Utilize e-discovery platforms for document management, redaction, and production
- Support attorneys with trial and hearing preparation, fact gathering, and legal research
- Maintain accurate and timely billing records
Attorney Support Includes:
- Drafting and proofreading pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery templates
- Filing documents with courts and arbitration panels
- Reviewing contracts and medical documentation to identify legal issues
- Assisting in the strategic resolution of claims and litigation matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Paralegal Certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Prior experience in healthcare law preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with legal technology and e-discovery tools
- Interest in AI and its application in legal practice

- Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
