IT Technician w/ Growing Litigation Law Firm
Our client, a rapidly growing civil litigation law firm, is seeking an IT Technician to join their high‑performing team in Houston, TX. This is a hands‑on support role providing Level I technical assistance, supporting trial teams, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of IT Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
- Prior experience working in a law firm or legal environment preferred
- Proficiency with Windows and Office 365
- Experience with document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments)
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)
- Familiarity with cloud printing solutions (Papercut, Printix) preferred
- Ability to provide on‑site and remote support in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience supporting audio‑visual or trial technology is a plus
- Highly organized, dependable, and team‑oriented
