Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with trucking and transportation litigation cases
- Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and case files
- Manage deadlines, filings, and case documentation
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and insurance carriers
- Support deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience (insurance defense or trucking preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with trucking/transportation litigation is a plus
Compensation & Details
- $55K – $70K base salary (DOE)
- Fully onsite in Oklahoma City
- Full-time position with benefits
