Qualifications
- 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience managing complex cases and client relationships
- Maryland Bar admission (or ability to become admitted)
- Background at a top-tier law firm strongly preferred
- Family law experience is a plus, but not required for candidates with substantial litigation experience
What You'll Handle
- High-asset divorce and custody litigation
- Complex financial disputes involving business interests, executive compensation, trusts, and investment portfolios
- Mediation, discovery, motions practice, hearings, and trial work
- Direct representation of sophisticated, high-profile clients
