Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic tax planning and proactive solutions
- Lead and review tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and client acquisition
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Manage engagement budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of public accounting experience
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Active CPA or EA license required
- Proven ability to manage client engagements from start to finish
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as needed

Pay range and compensation package
- Base Salary: $135k up to $200K
