We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling personal injury cases, strong litigation skills, and a thorough understanding of Delaware law.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and workplace injuries
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
- Manage case files from intake through resolution
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression
- Maintain strong client communication and provide compassionate legal counsel
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Delaware
- Active licence in PA preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
