- Plaintiff PI Associate
- Probate Litigation Associate
- Estate Planning Associate
- Tax Associate
Requirements:
- Active Texas Bar License
- 1 year of experience
- Strong legal research and advocacy skills
- Ability to draft documents which require technical competencies while also being persuasive
- Ability to develop and execute sophisticated strategies and settling multi-issue disputes.
- Ability to successfully interface with a client and manage a client’s expectations
- Willing to be challenged with the issues presented in a unique content area
