Qualifications
• 4–7 years of experience as a Tax Controversy Associate Attorney or similar role
• Strong background in IRS audits, appeals, and dispute resolution
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Bar admission (TX Bar preferred or ability to obtain promptly)
• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
