Overview:
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (occasional weekends)
Location: On Site in Los Angeles, CA 90067

At this site location, the studies are focused in all areas of Oncology!
The Role
The Patient Care and Front Desk Coordinator managed administrative operations and provides a great patient experience! You would be responsible for creating a welcoming, positive, and supportive environment for patients and study participants.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting, check-in, and coordination of patients, study participants, and visitors
- Answer phones and manage clinic appointment scheduling, including routing calls and handling high-volume communication with patients, staff, and vendors
- Coordinate, schedule, and follow up on patient appointments while monitoring provider schedules and clinic calendars
- Prepare, maintain, and verify patient charts, registration, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Guide patients through intake processes, ensuring all required documentation is collected and complete
- Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, study coordinators, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
- Assist with clinic flow to support timely patient throughput and resolve scheduling or operational issues
- Ensure exam rooms are ready, stocked, and organized throughout the day
- Request and manage medical records and related documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, imaging centers, billing, administration, and external partners
- Order, track, and manage site supplies, snacks, and general inventory
- Sort and distribute mail, manage faxes, and maintain organized clinical and regulatory files
- Manage invoices, receipts, and patient reimbursements
- Schedule maintenance and assist with basic procurement needs
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Perform occasional local pickups or deliveries as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GCP, IRB, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1 years of administrative support experience in a medical or clinical setting
- 1 years of complex appointment and calendar management, ideally in a medical/clinic setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Great communication!
- Ability to work on site!
