Spyglass Talent Solutions, a retained recruitment firm based in Raleigh, NC, is hiring internally for a Recruiting Coordinator position.

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the fulfillment side of Spyglass’ operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create, post, and monitor job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, LoxoSource, job boards, and our internal database.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely updates, and assisting with travel and accommodations if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening processes.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment coordination or HR support preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
