How You’ll Make An Impact
- Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Use market data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
- Promote Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact onward.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, or 6 years without a degree.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience in sourcing for Engineering, IT, Executives, and other technical positions.
