How You'll Make An Impact
- Administer HR programs, policies, and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support requests.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, background checks, and offer preparation.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and help create a positive onboarding experience.
- Partner with leaders and employees to address workplace concerns and promote positive employee relations.
- Prepare reports, research data, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
- Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations principles.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
