How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production goals.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across the facility.
- Respond to equipment issues quickly and implement solutions that minimize downtime.
- Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Utilize CMMS tools to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset history.
- Champion safety programs, including LOTO, electrical safety, confined space, and hot work compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, equipment performance, and operational efficiency through Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
- Experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment troubleshooting, reliability principles, and root cause analysis.
- Experience using CMMS platforms to plan, schedule, and document maintenance activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
