Job Summary
The Housekeeping Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. This position involves overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, and managing inventory and supplies. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and quality of work.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules for various areas of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional manner.

• Strong background in hospitality with previous hotel or custodial experience preferred.
