Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at SpringHill Suites Dayton Beavercreek. We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and energetic individual with exceptional customer service, to join us in Beavercreek, Ohio!
Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth service with a friendly attitude.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage daily front desk duties, including payments, room assignments, and resolving any guest issues.
-Take telephone calls and make room reservations.
- Check guests in and out efficiently in the Fosse PMS, processing payments and managing reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure accurate daily accounting records.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and hotel lobby.
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk using FOSSE.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for interacting with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to handle guest relations with tact and diplomacy.
