Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
• Assist with food preparation, including slicing, plating, and portioning dishes according to safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by cleaning tables, counters, and equipment regularly
• Restock food and beverage items promptly to ensure availability throughout service hours
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and storage practices

Skills

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel hospitality enhances your fit for this role
• Basic cleaning, bussing, and food service skills necessary for daily operations
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest relations

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
