What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor position at SpringHill Suites?
Springhill Suites Chattanooga South/Ringgold is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor. Responsibilities of this position include greeting guests, providing assistance during arrival and departure, and responding to all guest needs for the duration of their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, updating guest information in FOSSE, answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing our incoming and outgoing mail, helping with breakfast set-up and service, etc. The front desk is responsible for keeping the lobby area clean and organized and all items stocked in the Market, presenting a welcoming atmosphere to all guests. Night Auditor is responsible for running all end-of-day reports, sending them to the corporate office, backing up systems, and ensuring that all charges are posted and accurate. While we are looking for someone with prior administrative experience, we will consider any applicant with strong customer service skills.
