\n- Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and ensure a positive community experience
- Provide information about the community, services, amenities, and programs to prospective residents and families
- Distribute brochures, informational packets, and other marketing materials
- Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
- Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed
- Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, and general office support
- Support community events and resident engagement activities as needed
- Must have open availability 3 days per week Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
- Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with phones, computers, and basic office software
$16.25 - $16.25 an hour
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is advantageous.
