Concierge

Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face of our community, welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Assist residents, staff, and guests with inquiries and administrative needs.
- Manage clerical duties, including mail processing, supply inventory, and record-keeping.
- Help coordinate facility tours and share information with prospective residents.
- Maintain security by screening visitors and following check-in procedures.
- Strong customer service skills – You love making people feel welcome.
- Excellent communication & phone etiquette
- A natural people person!
- Organized & detail-oriented – Multitasking is your strength.
- Experience in hospitality, front desk, guest services, or senior living is a plus!
