As an LPN, you will play a key role in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs), assisting with training and orientations working alongside the Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Follow residents' service plans and assist with medical needs
- Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being
- Communicate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of residents’ status and care
- Provide one-on-one support and visits as needed
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including training and assignments
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to respond to resident emergencies and arrange medical care as needed
