Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Tasks: Assist with maintenance work orders, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and support ongoing upkeep based on the maintenance schedule.
- Room Turnover: Prepare rooms for new residents, ensuring all areas are clean and functional.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor areas, including porches and courtyards, ensuring they are free of debris and aesthetically pleasing.
- Building Repairs: Assist with general building repairs, painting, and upkeep projects.
- Safety Compliance: Work in a clean and organized manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment required for repairs and maintenance.
- Coordination and attention to detail.
- Manual dexterity and physical strength.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the role.
- A positive and professional demeanor with residents, staff, and visitors.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of relevant experience or training preferred.
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
