Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Caregiver to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their medical needs are met. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a heart for service, this is the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration: Administer medications to residents according to their service plans and monitor for any side effects.
- Personal Care Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Documentation: Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, relevant experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
- Must have a Certified Nursing License (CNA) in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience.
- Active CPR/First Aid preferred.
- Assisted Living experience preferred.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
