Position Overview: Maintenance Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance staff to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Director of Environmental Services in ensuring that our community’s physical plant — including buildings, grounds, and essential systems — is maintained to the highest standards. Your contributions will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Tasks: Assist with maintenance work orders, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and support ongoing upkeep based on the maintenance schedule.
Room Turnover: Prepare rooms for new residents, ensuring all areas are clean and functional.
Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor areas, including porches and courtyards, ensuring they are free of debris and aesthetically pleasing.
Building Repairs: Assist with general building repairs, painting, and upkeep projects.
Safety Compliance: Work in a clean and organized manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
