We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mountain Operations Supervisor to oversee Lift Operations and Maintenance, Bike Patrol, Trail Maintenance, and the Bike Shop. Duties

• Lead and supervise mountain operations staff, including shift management, staff supervision, and team management to ensure smooth daily functions
• Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving
• Manage operational tasks such as safety protocols, incident reporting, and emergency response coordination in compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate event management activities at the mountain venue, including planning, setup, execution, and post-event evaluations
• Oversee budgeting responsibilities related to mountain operations, including resource allocation and cost control measures
• Ensure technical proficiency in operating mountain equipment and facilities, maintaining safety standards at all times
• Conduct report writing for incident documentation, operational audits, and performance evaluations to support continuous improvement

Experience

• Prior Lift experience preferred
• Mountain Biking experience preferred
