What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mountain Operations Manager position at MOUNTAIN CAPITAL PARTNERS?
Oversee all Spider Mountain Bike Park operations to include lift ops and maintenance, trail maintenance, retail operations, F&B operations, rentals, and Bike shop.
Supervise all Spider Mountain Bike Park employees.
Maintain all inventories to include Retail, F&B, and Rental fleets.
Adhere to all MCP Lift Maintenance schedules and protocols.
Respond to and resolve guest complaints and escalations professionally.
Exemplify MCP values and beliefs.
Qualifications:
Prior lift and/or mountain operations experience highly preferred.
Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Google software.
Supervisory experience highly preferred.
