Duties
- Supervise daily food truck operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all food production areas
- Ensure that the food truck upholds cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, and kitchen management practices
- Experience in inventory control and food safety compliance
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to interview staff candidates and foster a positive work environment
