Responsibilities:
Support CNC Operators by loading raw materials onto machine beds and unloading finished products.
Perform deburring, sanding, and cleaning on completed parts to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes.
Conduct routine quality checks using basic inspection tools such as calipers and tape measures.
Stage, package, and move materials around the facility using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Maintain a clean and safe work zone by sweeping, emptying scrap bins, and wiping down machinery.
Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings or blueprint reading.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and high attention to detail.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications:
Must have forklift experience!
Previous exposure to a manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or machine shop environment preferred.
Eager to learn mechanical processes with strong, dependable attendance habits.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift materials throughout an 8-hour shift.
Proficient in English to read safety signs, work orders, and technical labels accurately.
Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including THC).
