The Job (super straightforward)
- Run awesome machines that turn raw wood into quality floors
- Learn to spot different woods like a pro
- Make quick calls on quality (you’ll get good fast)
- Physically active – you’ll stay in shape without a gym membership
- We rotate stations so you’re never bored
- $22 an hour is NOT the end of the line for your wage, you will receive annual raises after you’re trained so this job has long term potential
