About the Role
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be the driving force behind our facility’s operational reliability. You will oversee the maintenance of massive hydraulic presses (up to 800,000 lbs), complex conveyor systems, and advanced PLC-driven production lines. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring deep technical expertise in electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
What You Will Own
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Strategy: Implement and lead a rigorous PM program to identify "smoke" before there is "fire," ensuring 24/7 facility reliability.
- Heavy Machinery Oversight: Manage the repair and optimization of mid-to-high volume hydraulic presses, injection molds, and automated assembly equipment.
- Electrical & PLC Leadership: Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and manage the hardware-to-software interface of PLC and HMI systems.
- Lean & Process Improvement: Apply Lean fundamentals to eliminate waste in the maintenance process and conduct Root Cause Analysis for repeated equipment failures.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a multi-shift team of technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and high standards.
- Capital Projects: Oversee equipment rebuilds, facility expansions, and the integration of new technology to increase throughput.

- Uptime Stability: You have significantly reduced unscheduled downtime through improved PM schedules and faster issue resolution.
- Systemic Structure: Tribal knowledge has been replaced with documented, scalable maintenance processes and clear KPIs.
- Team Alignment: Your leadership has fostered a solutions-oriented environment where technicians proactively monitor equipment (averaging 20,000 steps per day).

- The Master Technician: You have a deep, hands-on background in Industrial Maintenance, including hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
