Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Renewable Energy (US)

About the Role
As a Senior TA Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, owning full-cycle recruitment while influencing hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent pipelines. You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams within a scaling, mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle recruiting: Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across Product Sales or Product & Engineering functions.
- Strategic partnership: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align recruiting priorities with business goals and workforce plans.
- Candidate experience champion: Deliver a high-quality, seamless experience from outreach through offer, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates.
- Pipeline development: Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and innovative outreach strategies.
- Data-driven recruiting: Leverage recruiting metrics and insights to optimize hiring outcomes, improve time-to-fill, and ensure quality of hire.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, employer branding, and talent attraction strategies.
- Market expertise: Stay informed on industry trends within renewable energy and talent markets to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within renewable energy, clean tech, or related industries
- Proven track record supporting Product Sales and/or Engineering hiring in complex, fast-growth environments
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing high-volume or critical hiring needs across the US
- Expertise leveraging ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
